About the start of La Mama Sourdough!
I truly enjoy eating something that is good especially when I get cravings for something sweet or savory. I can be a stickler for food but that's just because i want my money to go into eating something that truly satisfies my cravings.
Many times, i have gone to places that have fallen short of my expectations. The presentation would be beautiful, but the taste would fall short. It was overly sweet tainting my pallet or the quality of the bread and pastry would shatter my illusions from the initial presentation. Only rarely would i find desserts or pastries i could truly be satisfied with.
Growing tired of the cycle i decided to learn and make my own goods at home to truly meet my own standards and share with my family, I have been baking for more than ten years in baking and pastry settings and strived to learn on my own since and have gained experience and skills i am proud of especially when cultivating and handling sourdough.
Now i want to share the same flavors and experience i enjoy with my family with others who may share my same quest for something delicious and satisfying without sacrificing on flavor while using quality ingredients.
