Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
For pick up orders. Customers are responsible for verifying their order at the time of pick up and to arrive on time at the time and date of pick up.
For deliveries. Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect delivery information or damage occurring after delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If any issues are found contact us within 24hr of order receipt info@lamamasourdough.com.

Any contact made after the 24hr will not be considered for refunds.
